Business will provide a discount to anyone who presents the Chattanooga Savings Card while purchasing goods and / or services from the business. The company may also cancel by themselves by visiting Pay Pal’s website. No refunds will be granted as advertising involves risk by the parties involved. ChattNews.com agrees to promote the Chattanooga Savings Card by passing out thousands of free cards, through promotional fliers, links from other pages on ChattNews.com and etc. The Chattanooga Savings Card does not expire and is completely free for those who get a physical card in person or download and print a card from the website.
